About the Role
The Client Manager will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, supporting them through onboarding, ongoing service needs, and regular reviews. You'll collaborate with internal advisory specialists to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and thoughtful support.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
Coordinate client onboarding, meetings, and follow up actions
Prepare client documentation, reports, and service materials
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
Identify prospects to improve client experience and strengthen engagement
Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards
