The Role
As a Maintenance Fitter plus (Electrical Licence),



you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment across a quick-paced manufacturing facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Mechanical and electrical fault finding across production equipment
Responding to equipment breakdowns and minimising downtime
Preventative and scheduled maintenance
Installing, modifying and commissioning machinery
Improving equipment reliability and production efficiencyRecording maintenance activities through the CMMS system
Maintaining high safety, GMP and quality standards
About You
To be successful you will have:
Trade qualification as a
Maintenance Fitter
Current Electrical Licence
Previous experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical or another fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Experience with preventative maintenance and breakdown response
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
The ability to work independently while contributing to a cooperative maintenance team
