designed to support our artists and production teams as we continue to scale. As a Talent Manager at FIN, you will play a meaningful role in the full lifecycle of our people — from recruitment and onboarding to career development, resourcing, training, and performance reviews.
You'll be embedded in the day-to-day life of our studio, supporting artists and production staff, strengthening communication across departments, and contributing directly to our positive, cooperative, and people-driven culture.
