Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of quality menus that reflect creativity and excellence
Ensure food preparation meets health, safety, and hygiene standards
Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and food costs
Assist in being part of a team, leading and training junion kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive setting
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
Stay current with food trends and bring fresh ideas to menu creation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a qualified cook and or chef
Hospitality qualifications and equivalent work experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for food and commitment to excellence
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of kitchen operations, and food safety standards
