The Lumiere Foundation is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to assist ICCare's participants with varying levels of support coordination and transitions of supports within their NDIS plan.
The role requires at least two years' experience in Support Coordination, knowledge of NDIS standards, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMS systems. Excellent English communication and report writing are essential.
