Van Leeuwen Pipe & Tube is seeking to fill a position of an Accounts Payable officer who can work Monday to Friday - Part time & Full time applicants will be considered.
About the role:
The primary purpose of the role is day to day accounts payable with administration duties.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Handle telephone and email AP queries with professionalism.
Email remittances and provide vendors with expected payment dates.
Organizational and time management skills.
1+ year in a role that has exposure to Accounts Payable processes.




An understanding of accounts payable processes.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AP queries efficiently.
Answering and routing incoming lines on multi line telephone system.
Data entry using several operating platforms
Digital and Standard Filing
Bank Reconciliation
Office/warehouse Grocery upkeep
Stationary upkeep
About You:
Be Reliable & Punctual
High Attention to detail
Own Car & License
Able to work as part of a team
Microsoft Office
SAP Experience an advantage but not essential
