Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup:
Set up injection moulding machines, including die changes and IML robot setups.
Process Optimisation:
Fine-tune moulding processes, read work orders and technical drawings related to finished parts, adhere to weight and cycle time standards, and perform routine checks to ensure top-quality production.
Maintenance:
Address minor maintenance or tooling issues that may arise during production to maintain seamless operations.
