Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full time Cook to join our culinary team in Parramatta, Australia. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, maintaining food quality standards, and contributing to an efficient and team-oriented work environment.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during service
Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Adapt to changing menu items and seasonal ingredients




Assist in developing new menu items and improving existing recipes
Respond promptly to customer feedback and special dietary requests
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Qualifications
Culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Team player with robust communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
Open to coaching, eager to learn, and ready to put in the effort
