Manufacturing Assembler
Kalogon, a smart seating startup based in Melbourne, seeks a Manufacturing Assembler to help us build cutting-edge medical equipment.
As our Manufacturing Assembler, you'll build complex products hands-on — working across electronics assembly, machining, 3D printing, and soft-goods manufacturing. No two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Own your assemblies start to finish, working independently to meet quality and production targets
Diagnose issues on the floor and implement practical fixes
Contribute ideas to reduce cycle time and improve quality
Collaborate with R&D; on prototypes and pilot builds
Required skills
Robust mechanical aptitude — you pick up current tools and processes quickly
Problem-solver who thinks on their feet
Background in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or a maker/technical workplace is a plus
Background in 3D-modeling or CAM is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
