Workforce International
is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Store Person with a valid forklift licence to join our client's dynamic team in Welshpool.
This position plays a key role in managing warehouse operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organised, and able to manage their workload independently once trained.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday (6am to 2:30pm)
Friday (6am to 12pm)
overtime available
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring all products are handled with care
Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring correct quantities and quality standards
Assist with stock control and inventory management to ensure accurate records and stock levels
Maintain a clean, organised, and secure warehouse workplace, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Liaise effectively with customers, couriers,



and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Work closely with other onsite staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Storeperson is
essential
Valid Forklift Licence with experience is
essential (high reach experience is highly regarded)
Basic computer literacy – ability to use systems for stock and order management
Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload efficiently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
Valuable communication skills for dealing with customers, couriers, and internal staff
