We're looking for a confident, proactive
Strata Portfolio Administration Assistant
to join our award-winning Adelaide team. This 12 month maternity leave contract offers the potential to continue in a full time role thereafter.
What You'll Be Doing
Liaising with contractors, property owners, and agents
Sending agendas, minutes & general correspondence
Coordinating work orders & following up on maintenance
Working with our insurance and accounts teams
Delivering outstanding admin and customer support
About You
Solid admin background and communication skills
Excellent at juggling priorities and building relationships
Positive, solutions-focused, and a true team player
Industry experience is a bonus – but not essential (we'll train you!)
