What You'll Be Doing
As our Queensland Cluster Manager, you'll lead our Brisbane and Gold Coast retail network and play a key role in our continued expansion.
You'll:
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance across multiple locations
- Coach, inspire and develop high-performing retail teams
- Recruit and build an exceptional culture where people love coming to work
- Ensure every customer receives an outstanding fragrance experience
- Partner closely with Head Office to execute new initiatives and drive growth
- Spend your time where it matters most—in stores, supporting your teams and improving performance
This is a hands-on field leadership role with regular travel throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with occasional interstate travel as we continue to grow.
About You
You’ll succeed in this role if you:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience managing multiple retail stores
- Love coaching people and creating high-performing teams
- Have a proven history of delivering strong sales growth and achieving KPIs
- Think commercially and are confident managing labour, budgets and performance
- Are organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Lead with energy, accountability and positivity
- Hold a current driver's licence and enjoy being out in the field
- A passion for fragrance or beauty is a bonus—but a passion for people and retail is essential.
