TAG have exciting opportunities for Entry Level Factory Workers to join leading manufacturing and warehousing organisations across the Albury–Wodonga region. These roles offer full-time hours, on-the-job training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
No previous manufacturing experience is required – we are looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Shifts Available
- Day Shift | Afternoon Shift | Night Shift
- Rotating rosters may apply | Monday – Friday | Weekend shifts available as required
Key Responsibilities
- General factory and production duties
- Packing and palletising finished products
- Operating production equipment (training provided)
- Quality checking products
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Supporting general warehouse and manufacturing operations
Skills & Experience
- No previous experience required
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Ability to work versatile shifts, including short notice when required
- Reliable transport and current driver's licence
