is a vibrant Vietnamese-French restaurant that blends the elegance of s Hanoi with modern influences. Created by House Made Hospitality, the restaurant celebrates fresh, seasonal produce with a menu that expertly combines the bold flavours of Vietnamese and French cuisine. The dining room, seating 150 guests, spills onto a lush terrace accommodating an additional 60 diners.
Job Description
As our In-Room Dining Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising our in-room dining service, while maximizing profitability and meeting customer's needs.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
Providing for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations.




Familiarising yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
Liaising with customers and the kitchen team to ensure service times are adhered to.
Setting up systems to protect and maintain control of outlet service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carry our regular stock takes.
Setting up and maintaining a weekly cleaning schedule for the outlet to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
Ensuring all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.
