Mobile Experience Designer -

You enjoy simplifying complex problems, shaping the look and feel of solutions, and making things 'work better' through better software experiences. You are ready to take on large mobile projects from research, concepting and through to execution, working closely with the Mobile Business Design team. Most importantly, you are hungry to learn and happy to share your craft.

Responsibilities
Research and shape the business problem with our Mobile Business Design team
Apply UX methodologies and game theory to the design process
Explore solutions using wireframe techniques and low-level prototypes
Produce creative concepts for screen layouts, icons, identities and graphics etc.
Create pixel-perfect, production ready assets




See through your designs side-by-side with the development team
Maintain and enhance alive's standard of UI design and UX excellence
Requirements
3+ years in a creative/design role
A digital portfolio that not only looks valuable but also demonstrates some clever problem solving
Samples of work showing a complete understanding of iOS design and UX thinking
Experience with prototyping tools (Omnigraffle, Axure etc.)
Experience with creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Understanding of current and emerging interaction design principles and patterns
Understanding of User-centered Design Principles and Apples Human Interface Guidelines
Ability to move quickly and engage teams without losing attention to detail
Willingness to go above and beyond to get things right (not just get things done)
Nice-to-haves
Experience designing enterprise solutions
Experience with customer research and user testing
Experience with Android and/or Windows phone platforms
Mobile web, rresponsive front-end coding skills (HTML/CSS)
