Working as part of a nationally recognised team, you'll advise major Australian and international clients across a diverse range of industries, gaining exposure to complex, market-leading matters while continuing to develop your technical expertise and commercial judgement.

The Opportunity
You will work across a broad range of competition, antitrust and regulatory matters, including:
Merger clearances and ACCC notifications
Cartel investigations and enforcement matters
Competition and antitrust litigation




Infrastructure regulation
Strategic competition advice across complex commercial transactions
This role provides the opportunity to work on matters with both domestic and international dimensions, advising leading organisations on complex legal and commercial issues that shape their businesses.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
At least 3 years' post qualification experience in Competition, Antitrust or Regulatory law
Experience gained within a leading commercial law firm, either in Australia or another Commonwealth jurisdiction
Strong analytical, drafting and problem-solving skills
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
A commercial mindset and genuine interest in complex regulatory issues
The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performing team
