Our client is a well-established Australian engineering business supplying industrial products to the water, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. They're looking for an experienced Internal Sales & Customer Service skilled to support customers with quotations, technical advice and order management.

What will you do?

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales process and delivering outstanding service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing,



submitting and following up quotations
- Processing customer orders and purchase orders
- Providing product advice and technical support
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
- Supporting the external sales team
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Maintaining accurate customer and quotation records

What will you need?

- Experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service or Spare Parts
- Experience preparing quotations and processing orders
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems
- Full Australian working rights without requiring sponsorship

Experience within pumps, valves, rotating equipment, hydraulics, bearings, compressors or other industrial products will be highly regarded.
