About the Role
We're looking for a
energetic, experienced and hands-on Manager
to be a part of our leadership team.
The successful candidate will have duties including, running shifts, driving service excellence, hosting guests, mentoring the team, and working closely with Restaurant manager to deliver an unforgettable dining experience every single service.
This is a
full-time, five-day roster
including weekends role. Offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to grow within one of Melbourne's most respected venues.

What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years' experience in a similar leadership role
A natural leader who thrives in high-energy environments
Someone who strives to learn and push themselves, and is hungry to move into higher roles within the company.
Passion for great food, drink, and genuine hospitality
Calm, confident communicator with sharp attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of POS and Reservations systems (we use
Redcat
and
SevenRooms
)
Experience with any POS and reservation booking systems is acceptable, as training on our specific Redcat and SevenRooms systems will be provided
A hands-on manager who leads by example and knows how to motivate a team
Must have Australian work authorisation at the time of application
