Our Machine Shop houses the following:
3 & 4 Axis CNC Machining centres
2 Axis CNC Lathes
4 Axis CNC Lathes with live tooling
Conventional Lathes
Conventional Milling Machines
EDM Wire Cutting
EDM Spark Erosion
Surface Grinding
Cylindrical Grinding
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC mills and lathes
Operate conventional mills and lathes, surface grinders
Operate EDM machines
Measure and inspect parts
Read and interpret drawings and selecting appropriate tooling and methods
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to production equipment and machinery
Requirements:
Trade certification as a Fitter / Machinist or relevant experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Drivers license preferred, however not essential
