Leveraging its global logistics network and digital supply chain capabilities, the company provides integrated solutions covering warehousing, distribution, transportation and supply chain management for international brands, cross-border e-commerce merchants and local enterprises. Amid continuous expansion in the Australian market, we are looking for a sales professional with outstanding business development capabilities and in-depth knowledge of Australia's logistics and supply chain market to drive local business growth and develop key industry clients.
Job Responsibilities
Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Proactively identify potential customers, establish business connections, fully understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Build and maintain long-term secure customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and drive sustained cooperation and repeat business.
Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends,



competitor movements and potential business prospects.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, logistics and customer service to ensure productive fulfillment and execution of customer requirements.
Prepare and present sales proposals, including project pitches, quotations and business communications.
Lead negotiations on contracts and commercial terms to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document sales activities, customer communications and business progress in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in a standardized manner.
Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to expand business networks and explore new opportunities.
Job Requirements
Proven sales experience in the supply chain sector, with solid expertise in Warehousing & Distribution.
In-depth understanding of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) service models, supply chain oper
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written), with excellent business communication skills.
