DC House is a QBCC-licensed, Master Builders Queensland member building granny flats and homes across South East Queensland from our factory and offices in Burleigh Heads. We've completed more than 300 homes and are scaling toward $25 million in annual revenue, backed by our Fast Track Range, a line of architecturally designed homes delivered off-site within a six-week build clock.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day build process on our residential projects, from set-out through to practical completion. You'll be the person on the ground keeping trades moving, quality on track, and clients informed, on a business that has already delivered over 300 homes and is scaling quick.
What You'll Do
● Confirm and coordinate subcontractor attendance across the build programme, so every trade turns up when they're needed.
● Inspect completed stages against DC House's quality standards and sign off work with confidence.
● Manage daily site activity, solving problems in real time rather than letting them stack up.




● Keep the build programme on track and flag any risk before it becomes a delay.
● Be the face of DC House on site, keeping clients informed and comfortable throughout their build.
● Manage site safety and ensure all trades comply with WHS requirements.
● Coordinate materials delivery to site in line with the programme.
● Run the practical completion inspection with the client.
What We're Looking For
● QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (Open), or a demonstrated path to obtaining one.
● Proven experience supervising residential builds end to end.
● Robust trade coordination and sequencing skills, and the confidence to make decisions on site.
● Solid knowledge of residential construction quality standards and inspection requirements.
● Excellent communication, comfortable managing subcontractors and clients professionally.
● Sound understanding of WHS requirements in a residential construction setting.
● Experience with granny flat, dual occupancy or similar residential build types highly regarded.
