EML is seeking a Case Manager to join the Tweed Heads team, helping injured workers return to employment and coordinating with employers, doctors, and rehabilitation providers. The role centers on a compassionate, cross-disciplinary approach with a focus on physical and psychological injuries.
The position is full time and permanent, based in Tweed with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week after three months, subject to performance.
