About the role
This is an exciting prospect to join the Constructive Building Consultants team as a Junior/Trainee Draftsperson. In this full time, entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing drafting support for a wide range of projects.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the preparation of architectural drawings;
Coordinating with engineers, building surveyors, drafters, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of documentation;
Maintaining and updating project drawing databases;
Providing general administrative and technical support to the drafting, engineering and building surveying teams;
Carrying out site inspections;
Staying up-to-date with latest drafting techniques, software, and industry standards.
What we're looking for
Certificate IV in Residential Drafting (or similar);
Basic understanding of drafting practices;
Proficiency in using AutoCAD;
Strong attention to detail;




Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and other team members;
A keen interest in learning and developing your skills;
This role is entry level.
