At WSP, you can access our global scale, contribute to landmark projects and connect with the brightest minds in the industry to do your best work. We're growing our NSW Rail team and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help deliver some of Australia's most significant rail and transport infrastructure projects. Working alongside technical specialists and Project Directors, you'll lead multidisciplinary project teams, build strong client relationships and help deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
Lead the delivery of rail and transport infrastructure projects across NSW.
Manage project scope, programme, budget, risk and commercial performance.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design and advisory services.
Support project governance, reporting and quality assurance requirements.
Contribute to work winning activities including proposals, bids and client engagement.
About You
Experience managing engineering,



infrastructure or transport projects within a consulting, client-side or contractor setting.
Strong understanding of project delivery principles, contracts and commercial management.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience delivering rail projects is highly regarded, however candidates from broader transport or infrastructure sectors are encouraged to apply.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
