Join an established facilities services business where you’ll take ownership of your market, build your own pipeline and manage opportunities from first contact through to contract award.

You’ll sell a broad range of integrated services across cleaning, waste, grounds maintenance, property maintenance and technical services, with genuine room to progress as the business grows.

The business supports clients across commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, government, property and data centre environments.

The opportunity

- Take ownership of your market and sales pipeline
- Win new recurring facilities service contracts
- Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, asset managers and procurement teams
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to tender, negotiation and contract award
- Identify opportunities to combine multiple services into one tailored solution
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations




- Prepare proposals, tenders and capability statements
- Work closely with operations to develop practical service solutions
- Support project works, refurbishments and minor works when relevant
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and represent the business at industry events

About you

- Proven business development or sales experience within facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, property services or outsourced services
- Experience winning recurring service contracts
- Strong relationships across facilities management, commercial property or procurement
- Confident managing tenders, proposals and contract negotiations
- Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable creating current opportunities
- Strong communicator who builds relationships easily
- Integrated or multi-service sales experience is highly regarded
- Exposure to project works or refurbishments is advantageous
