We’re looking for experienced call centre professionals who can manage high call volumes, work across multiple systems, and contribute to a disciplined, team-focused operation.

This is not a sales role. It’s about coordination, accuracy, communication, and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Handling inbound and outbound calls to confirm, and manage appointments
