Here’s What You’ll Need

- Qualifications in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics or similar areas
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in analytics‑enabled digital transformations
- Demonstrated experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure
- Experience designing and implementing data & AI solutions
- Direct experience owning or leading a project engagement to achieve successful outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to actively engage with clients
- Ability to identify opportunities and deliver programs that enhance business processes using data
- Driving the adoption of responsible, ethical, regulatory – and sustainable practices in the development and deployment of AI systems
- Proactive awareness of emerging technologies, trends, and innovations with data & AI and their implications for specific industries
- Industry exposure: Public Sector, Health, Banking, Telco, Insurance, Financial Services or Resources (Mining, Utilities)
- Understanding of industry‑specific challenges, regulatory considerations, and trends
- Progressive expertise in R and/or Python (other scientific languages are advantageous)
- Due to the nature of the work, candidates may need valid working rights within Australia (citizenship or permanent residency)





Bonus Points if You Have

- Demonstrated experience within management consulting and the ability to effectively advise clients on AI‑specific solutions
- Understanding of statistical and mathematical knowledge, tools and techniques to derive insights from data
