We are seeking a professional and reliable
Front Office Supervisor
to join our team in a
live-on-site
role. This is a full-time position is a rare opportunity for someone with proven hospitality experience to enjoy both a excellent career and the convenience of in office accommodation.
Sorrento Beach Resort is a 4-star resort located on the coast, just 20 minutes North of Perth. The resort offers a combination of hotel and apartment style accommodation, catering for many guests to include couples, corporate clients, families and groups.
What we're looking for:
Previous
Front Office/Reception
experience (essential)
Experience with
Opera booking system
(preferred)
Experience with Resident duties (preferred)
Strong communication & customer service skills
A professional & welcoming manner with guests
Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team




Flexibility to work weekends and evenings based on a 7-day rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 9pm.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing guest check-in and check-out
Handling reservations, enquiries, and daily front desk operations
Always ensuring a high standard of guest service
Personality & strength to handle guest concerns and feedback from guests in a timely manner.
Attend to and responsible for after-hours guest needs
