We're looking for a motivated and driven Physiotherapist who is excited by the chance to grow both clinically and professionally.
This is a hybrid contractor role, so you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being supported by an established multidisciplinary team, solid referral pathways, and proven business systems.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a strong foundation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with confidence assessing, diagnosing, and managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
Be passionate about exercise-based rehabilitation and understand the value of combining hands-on treatment with progressive strength and movement-based care.
Hold (or be working towards) additional certifications such as Dry Needling, Sports Physiotherapy, or other postgraduate clinical training.
Be confident working independently while collaborating closely with Exercise Physiologists and other allied health professionals.
Be motivated to grow their own client base, nurture referrals, and confidently follow up with current leads and prospective clients.




Have excellent communication skills and build genuine, long-term relationships with clients, referrers, and the wider community.
Be comfortable using practice management systems, HICAPS, digital clinical software, and objective rehabilitation technology- or be eager to learn.
Be open to using force plate testing and other objective assessment tools to guide rehabilitation and improve clinical outcomes.
Take initiative, contribute ideas, and actively participate in the continued growth of Sydney Injury Specialists.
Be committed to ongoing career development and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Bonus Points If You Have
Existing referral relationships with GPs, specialists, coaches, or sporting clubs.
Pilates, strength and conditioning, or sports trainer qualifications.
An interest in helping grow educational content, workshops, or community outreach initiatives.
