Positions available
We are recruiting for Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Participation roles across Adelaide.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Elizabeth - Male Only
- Port Adelaide - Male only
- Greenacres - Male Only
Community Participation
- Prospect
- Blakeview
These roles suit people who enjoy building consistent relationships , understanding local communities, and being actively involved in everyday life support.
A valid driver's licence is essential for all positions.
Training & support you'll receive
You won't be left to "figure it out" alone.
You'll receive:
- Structured onboarding aligned with the Human Rights Model
- Practical, real-world training for SIL and community roles
- Ongoing mentoring and leadership support
- Clear expectations and systems that support quality work

What we're looking for
You don't need to tick every box, we care more about who you are than just what's on paper.
- Genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Empathy, patience, and emotional maturity
- Reliability and consistency
- Experience is valued but not essential
- Relevant qualifications are a bonus, not a barrier
- Minimum age of 18 years is required for all positions
- Australian work rights are required at time of application
