Ibis Styles Eaglehawk' is seeking a Front Office/Functions Supervisor. Based in Sutton NSW 2620, this is an exciting opportunity to work in the Hospitality & Tourism industry as part of a dedicated and hardworking team.
What you'll be doing
- Taking control of large school group business operationally
- Monitoring functions/groups business to ensure it is seamless
- Assisting with the preparation, service and clean-up of food and beverages for hotel guests
- Checking in and handling rooming lists and face to face check ins
- Maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all customers
- Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What we're looking for
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, polite manner
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic food handling and hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
