About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our Support Office team.

We're obsessed with our customers and looking for someone who shares that same commitment — someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service with every interaction.

This position is up to 3 days per week, with flexibility to increase to up to 5 days per week during our peak trading period (approximately October through February) to support increased demand over Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

- Investigate and resolve enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, products, repairs, warranties and returns

- Liaise with stores, suppliers and internal departments to achieve positive outcomes

- Accurately update customer records and maintain detailed case notes

- Prioritise competing tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy,



jumping in wherever needed to support the team

About You

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys helping people, and is happy to pitch in wherever needed. You'll have:

- Previous experience in customer service, retail or a contact center (preferred)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement

- A calm, patient and skilled approach with customers

- Confidence learning new systems, with intermediate computer skills including Microsoft 365
