About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, safety-focused Part-Time and Casual Ramp Operators to join our ground operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft while helping maintain high operational standards across our aviation network.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely marshal, tow, and position aircraft in accordance with operational procedures
- Load and unload baggage, cargo, and freight safely and efficiently
- Operate ground support equipment (GSE) such as tugs, belt loaders,



and other ramp equipment
- Follow aviation safety regulations, company procedures, and work instructions at all times
- Conduct ramp checks and inspections, and report any incidents or hazards promptly
- Work closely with flight crew, operations, and maintenance teams to support on-time departures and arrivals

About You

- Previous experience in aviation ground handling or a similar physically demanding role is preferred
- Current Australian manual driver’s licence is required
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, including 3 am starts
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Safety-focused, reliable, and attentive to detail
