About the Role
As an Internal & Retail Salesperson, you will be the face of our business, assisting customers both in-store and over the phone. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, processing sales, preparing quotes, and ensuring customers receive the right products and advice for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to retail, trade and internal customers.
Assist customers with product selection and sales enquiries.
Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and follow up on customer enquiries.
Maintain accurate product and customer information.




Support daily store operations, including merchandising and stock management.
Work closely with the workshop and sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
About You
