About the Role
We are seeking an organised, motivated and customer-focused Client Services Officer – Scheduler to join our Operations Team based in Nerang.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily schedules for Community Support Workers.
Manage schedule changes, cancellations and service requests.
Respond to client, family and staff enquiries in a qualified and timely manner.
Match clients with suitable support workers while considering continuity of care.
Maintain accurate client records using AlayaCare.
Assist with client administration and service coordination.
Work collaboratively with the Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
About You
Previous scheduling,
rostering or administration experience (aged care or community services experience will be highly regarded but not essential).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
High attention to detail.
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
A positive, flexible and team-focused approach.
