Busy Bees byford is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to mentor educators and drive quality practice across the service. You will support curriculum development, documentation and reflective practice, guiding EYLF implementation with the team and aligning improvements with the NQF.
The role requires a genuine commitment to child safety, a qualification in early childhood (or working towards) and current WA WWCC, with uniform and family-friendly advantages as part of the package.
