Responsibilities

As a Day Shift Production Operator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Monday: 6:30am - 3:00pm
Tuesday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm

- Product assembly and preparation of finished goods
- Re-packing and labelling of products
- Palletising products and stacking cartons up to 1.8 metres high
- Moving stock and materials throughout the production area
- Repetitive manual handling and lifting of boxes up to 14kg
- Following work instructions and production schedules
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Working both independently and as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

As a Night Shift Production Operator,



your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Sunday: 8:00pm - 6:30am

Monday to Thursday: 11:00pm - 7:00am

- Inspecting products as they come off production machinery
- Conducting visual quality checks and identifying defects
- Packing finished products to specification
- Meeting production deadlines within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Repetitive manual handling and lifting of boxes up to 14kg
- Working autonomously while maintaining accuracy and productivity
- Adhering to workplace safety procedures and quality standards
- Assisting with general production duties as required

This shift would suit candidates with a keen eye for detail, strong quality awareness, and previous manufacturing experience, particularly within plastics manufacturing.

Your Profile

- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse or process work experience (desirable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- A genuine interest in securing long-term employment
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices
- Physical capability to lift and carry boxes up to 14kg safely throughout the shift

Additional Requirements

- Previous plastics manufacturing experience is highly desirable for Night Shift candidates
- Forklift licence not required
- Must be available to work the specified shift pattern
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening where required
