About the Role
Our client operates in the precast concrete manufacturing sector, supplying major construction and infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their workforce.
Precast Concrete Workers
Key Duties:
- Assist with precast concrete manufacturing processes
- Prepare, mix, and check concrete to meet quality standards
- Set up, clean, and maintain moulds and formwork
- Support pouring, placement, and finishing of concrete
- General yard duties and equipment maintenance
- Follow WHS and site safety procedures
Concrete Patchers
Key Duties:
- Perform patching and repairs on grey & architectural concrete
- Apply products like Fosroc Renderoc and Sika materials
- Surface prep: cleaning, grinding, and pre-treatment
- Mix, apply, and finish repair materials to high standards
- Follow strict repair processes and specifications
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in precast concrete or labouring roles (preferred)
- Skills in coloured/architectural concrete (highly regarded)
- Gantry crane, boom/scissor lift experience (advantageous)
- Working at Heights ticket
- Physically fit and reliable
- Valid White Card
- Driver’s licence & transport
- Willing to complete drug & alcohol testing

- Weekly pay cycle
- Consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
