Tamworth Community Aged Care is seeking a Resident Care and Wellbeing Coordinator to lead our Wellbeing team and deliver engaging lifestyle programs for residents in a supportive, home-like workplace.
The role requires creativity, compassion, and solid leadership to mentor Wellbeing Assistants, build relationships with residents and families, and drive a person-centred lifestyle program across the residence. CPR/First Aid, police checks, and a current driver's licence are required.
