Endeavour Group is seeking a Change Manager (Fixed Term Contract) to lead people, process, and technology changes from the Data Transformation Program. The role is Sydney or Melbourne based with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days adaptable).
You will refine change impacts, deliver communications and training, and prepare the business for testing programs as Woolworths data transitions to Endeavour. Collaboration with stream leads across Analytics, Architecture, and more is essential.
