About the RoleAs a Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality, client-focused care across the community, helping to improve mobility, independence, and overall wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of allied health professionals, nurses, and care partners to provide holistic, evidence-based care.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plansDeliver hands-on therapy including manual techniques, exercise prescription, and educationMonitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationBuild strong relationships with referral partners including GPsContribute to service development, education initiatives, and community engagementAbout YouBachelor's degree (or higher)
