is seeking reliable and hard working Electrical Trades Assistants with a valid HR Licence to join our growing team. We work on a variety of electrical and civil infrastructure projects, including street lighting, pit and pipe installation, sports lighting, landscaping, and large-scale civil construction.
Some of our recent projects include Ocean Reef Marina, Perth Motorplex, City of Perth Street Lighting Upgrade, Princess Margaret Hospital Upgrade, and several sporting complexes across WA.
Job Overview
As an Electrical Trades Assistant at Stiles Electrical, you will support our crews in the delivery of electrical civil works, with a solid focus on:
Installing electrical/comms conduit and pits
Carry out general trade assistant duties to support the electrical team and ensure projects run smoothly.
Manual excavation using hand tools and non-mechanical methods.
Cable laying.
Working within road reserves,
verges, and private property.
Driving HR vehicles to and from sites.
General site labouring duties, including backfilling and site clean-up.

Essential Criteria
Construction Industry White Card.
Valid HR driver's licence.
Demonstrated reliability and robust work ethic.
Experience in:
Pit and pipe installation.
Manual excavation (hand digging, trenching).
Cable laying.
HR truck operation.
Desirable Criteria
Western Power Cable Layer's ticket.
Experience operating small civil plant and equipment.
Additional excavation experience.
