About The Role
nib Dental Sydney CBD is one of our busiest centres — operating up to 18 dental chairs during peak periods — and we're looking for multiple experienced Dental Assistants to join the team in permanent full-time positions!

What You'll Be Doing
Chairside assisting across a broad range of general and complex dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians across a high-volume, fast-paced centre
Sterilisation and infection control
Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across a large, multi-chair centreWorking collaboratively within a large, professional team

About You
Dental Assistant experience preferred
Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation
Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume clinical setting
Solid understanding of infection control standards
Reliable, adaptable and team-focused
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Available Monday to Friday
