Quest on Franklin in Adelaide seeks a friendly Guest Services Agent to join the Front Office on a casual basis with a minimum of 15 hours per week. Training will enable autonomous work. Prior customer service experience is preferred, hotel experience is not required.
Roles include check-in/out, reservations, guest inquiries, and handling guest relations and complaints. Shifts span 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm across weekdays, weekends, and holidays; applicants must be available Mondays.
