To be considered for this roles you will need to have:-
- A genuine passion for our industry with the desire to provide exceptional service
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced and elevated restaurant environment
- An exceptional work ethic with a keen eye for the finer details
- Solid values, including punctuality, trustworthiness and reliability
- Excellent overall beverage knowledge (with a sound understanding of wine being a bonus.)
