About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Technician specialising in Multifunctional Photocopiers and Printers to join the Service Department at Toshiba Australia. This is a full‑time, permanent position servicing the Western suburbs of Victoria.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and on‑site service to our customers across a range of multifunctional photocopiers and printers.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining multifunctional photocopiers and printers at client sites.
- Diagnosing hardware and software issues and providing timely and effective technical solutions.
- Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Responding promptly to service requests and troubleshooting any technical problems that arise.
- Delivering high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborating with internal teams to scale complex technical issues when necessary.

Desired Skills and Experience

Other requirements:

- Proven experience in servicing and repairing multifunctional photocopiers and printers




- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with office equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to photocopiers and printers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field service role
