We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead site-based delivery on remote WA projects. This is a role for someone who can take charge on site, build solid relationships, keep people aligned and make sure works are delivered safely, properly and to the required standard.
You will lead the site team,
direct workforce and subcontractors, while working closely with Project Managers, clients, suppliers and internal teams to keep the project moving.
The role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the site-based project team, direct workforce and subcontractors
- Managing daily site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standard
- Maintaining positive and professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Reviewing drawings, documentation and specifications to ensure works are completed correctly
- Coordinating trades, materials, equipment and site resources
- Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture on site
- Supporting implementation of McNally's HSEQ requirements, systems and procedures
- Monitoring quality control and ensuring work is completed in line with project documentation and engineering drawings
- Identifying risks, issues and delays early and working with the project team to resolve them
