About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Training Advisor to join our team based in Norseman, who are soon to commence an additional open pit for our valued client.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver site-based training and VOC assessments, with a strong focus on mobile plant operators (Fleet includes PC1250 Excavators, Komatsu 785 Trucks, CAT Dozers, Graders and Loaders)
- Facilitate updates and continuous improvement of SOPs in collaboration with site teams
- Support incident investigations and reporting processes
- Maintain accurate training and safety records using PeopleTray and MS Teams
Key Criteria and qualifications
- Cert IV Training Qualifications
- National Police Clearance for gold site access
- Current WA Drivers Licence
- Previous open pit training experience
- Cert IV WHS an advantage
This role is FIFO from Perth to site, on an even time 8&6 rostered basis.
