This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The successful applicant will be based across our Casino and Kyogle branches and will be expected to work from both locations.

Pay: $32.5 per hour + superannuation + leave loading

As a Customer Advisor , you’ll play an important part in helping locals feel supported and confident in their banking. This isn’t just a job - it’s a chance to be someone your community trusts.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Every day brings the chance to brighten someone’s experience. Key responsibilities are:





- Welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their needs
- Open current accounts and guide customers through products and services suited to their goals
- Guide customers through our digital banking tools, helping them feel safe and empowered
- Keep customer details accurate and up to date
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialist teams for lending, insurance and other financial solutions
- Work toward clear performance targets
- Learn the essentials of banking while building robust, genuine relationships
- Grow your skills through ongoing training and development
