Content Designer

.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
Manage system control/planning and operational technical service delivery of the department's record management objectives and needs on EDRMS (Content Manager) and hold Content Manager Administrator position.
Contract supervision and engagement through liaison and advice to the office service provider organisation and procurement of Content Manager technical/maintenance support and related licensing and licence maintenance.
Maintain and establish datasets including the management and/or facilitation of technical resolution of Issues.
Manage Content Manager technical operations including lead on engagement with project managers for Content Manager updates and upgrade projects as required and related testing and processes.
